21st Birthday Present?

I can’t decide between: DMB tickets (it’s his favorite band- he’s seen them before in concert, but it was 8 yrs ago) or something he will keep forever (ie, a framed watercolor of his favorite football team which is also autographed/some type of other framed football memorabilia). I need to know by 10 am tomorrow because thats when the DMB tickets go on sale!! Also, if he had to pick between sports and music for the rest of his life he would pick sports. Thanks.
